What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Products must be unused, in their original packaging.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. You can return any unworn product within 14 days of delivery. Just contact us at contact@kluugg.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
What if my product is out of stock?
Our drops are produced in limited quantities. If an item is sold out, you can join our newsletter to be notified when it’s restocked or when the next drop is released.
When will I get my refund after a return?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.

How do I know my size?
Each product page includes a “Find Your Size” guide to help you choose the right fit. If you’re between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for more comfort.
